  • $580K+ Rework prevented on a single project
  • 200+ Luxury estates coordinated virtually before construction
  • 68 Conflicts caught on a single project before trades arrived

The Problem

Every Change Order in the Field Is a Decision That Should Have Been Made Months Earlier.

  • A door that hits a light fixture.
  • A kitchen island with no clearance.
  • Plans that do not match the actual dimensions of the structure.

On a multimillion-dollar custom build, the most expensive problems are the ones nobody sees until trades are already on site. On paper, nobody catches them. In the field, each one is a change order, a delay, and a frustrated homeowner.

Rework does not just cost the fix. It compounds through schedule slips, trade remobilization, and a client who is losing confidence in the build.

How It Works

We Build the Entire Project Digitally First.

  1. Scan.

We scan the site's existing conditions with precision LiDAR, so nobody builds against a drawing that was wrong.

  2. Model.

Every trade, architect, structural, MEP, interior designer, landscape, goes into one coordinated 3D model, down to the steel, plumbing, and ductwork.

  3. Resolve.

Clash detection finds every conflict between systems. Your client walks the finished home in daylight and after dark and makes every change on a screen, where a revision costs nothing.

  4. Build.

Your trades receive a coordinated bid package and build against a plan that has already been deconflicted. No surprises in the field.

Mockingbird

On the Mockingbird project, CRAYDL's coordination process identified 68 clashes between building systems and prevented more than $580,000 in cost exposure before a single trade arrived. The plans were missing the entire gate and perimeter wall system, which alone was $100,000 and a two-month delay waiting to happen. The fee for the full pre-construction coordination was $20,000.

Terravita remodel, 12,000 sq ft

On a 12,000-square-foot remodel in the prestigious Terravita community, our scans revealed the architectural plans were off from the actual structure by more than a foot in places. The kitchen design alone changed three times before ground broke, at no cost to the construction schedule.

What builders say about CRAYDL

“CRAYDL was outstanding to work with in designing our client's custom home. Adam and his team were hands-on throughout the build. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and highly successful. Highly recommend.”

Hear It From a Builder

Dejan has worked with CRAYDL for over three years and reports being more than twice as profitable on CRAYDL-coordinated projects. Results are project-specific and non-guaranteed.

Another Builder's Experience

Dave Diltz, custom home builder, on working with CRAYDL. Results are project-specific and non-guaranteed.

CRAYDL is built for builders who are open to a better process. Here is the uncomfortable truth: most builders think their pre-construction process is fine, right up until a trade is standing in a conflict that was sitting in the plans the whole time.

How We Solve It

Solved on a Screen, Not in the Field.

Every change happens before ground breaks.

Your client walks the finished home in VR and 3D, in daylight and after dark, and makes every change on a screen where a revision costs nothing. Selections are locked before trades arrive, not changed mid-build.

FAQ

Questions Builders Ask Us

No. Your architect still designs the house, and your PM still runs the job. We take everyone's drawings and build them into one 3D model, so the conflicts between them show up on screen instead of on site.

On Mockingbird, the architect was good and the team was experienced. The model still found 68 conflicts nobody had caught. If you don't have an architect yet, we can handle design in-house too.

Before ground breaks, and ideally before the design is locked. The earlier we start, the more we can catch while changes are still cheap.

That said, it's not too late once you're under way. Mockingbird was already moving when we built the model, and it still caught a missing gate and perimeter wall system that would have cost $100,000 and a two-month fabrication delay.

Most projects fall between $2 and $12 per square foot under roof, depending on scope. For reference, Mockingbird was $20,000 and prevented $580,000 in losses.

A luxury remodel was $18,000 and saved $168,000. We'll give you a firm number for your project on the call.

We're builder-first. We think like builders because we are builders, and when the builder's plans work, everyone downstream benefits. We do work directly with homeowners, developers, and designers, and we're happy to bring your builder into the process.

Full delivery runs 6 to 16 months depending on the size and complexity of the project, and that includes permitting. You don't wait until the end to see value. The first phase takes about a month.
